WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
West End Weekend (SATURDAY) takes place at Glencoe Mansion, Museum & Gallery at 600 Unruh Drive. We are situated directly around the Glencoe Mansion and the event is in the grassy area
WHERE DO I PARK?
Please park in the Kollmorgen lot - there is an entrance to this parking lot on Main Street & on Robertson Street. SPECIAL NEEDS parking is located at the Glencoe Entrance. We have signs that will help guide you!
IS THERE A BATHROOM?
Yup! We have port-a-potties!
WHY AM I REQUIRED TO BRING AN ID?
Per ABC law, we are required to ID everyone, regardless of how old you are :)
WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED?
PLEASE:
NO Smoking + Vaping in the event area. NO outside food or alcohol is allowed. NO weapons are allowed.
CAN I BRING MY DOG?
Yes! Well behaved dogs are welcome! Please bring proper baggies with you! We have treats & a dog bowl at the Beer/Merch area! Please keep your dog leashed at all times.
IS GLENCOE MANSION OPEN?
The Glencoe is open! Please DO NOT bring drinks or food into the museum. All children MUST be accompanied by an adult.

West End Weekend is a free event & is solely organized by MountainTrotter Arts & ran by a dedicated group of volunteers. We would like to thank The Radford Heritage Foundation for their use of the Glencoe Mansion lawn.
We run this event from the contributions from our local sponsors and from donations from our merch tent, and donations from you, our community!
Donations are appreciated, but not required for entry
HISTORY
West End Weekend began as a summer concert series, West End Wednesdays! At West End Weekend, you can shop with over 40 local artisans, enjoy live music all day, eat at 4 different food trucks, and sip on craft beer! You can also enjoy time with family & friends, network with young professionals, and show your support for all things local in our community! We feature local talent with our concert series, bringing you foot-tapping music and entertainment. On-site food provided by local vendors or food trucks.
WEW was created in 2016 by a group of passionate individuals who wanted to see a new lively, family friendly, and free event in our home town. We began as a pilot program under the Radford Chamber of Commerce and in 2018 WEW became an independent event solely ran and organized by MountainTrotter along with a dedicated group of volunteers. We're able to maintain this event with the financial help of our sponsors & partners, with the assistance of the Radford Heritage Foundation, and from the generous donations from you, our community!
We encourage you to come out and enjoy the summer evenings with us! Bring a lawn chair, a blanket, or pull up a piece of shady grass! Bring your favorite game, relax, and enjoy! Our events are FAMILY & DOG FRIENDLY! No outside alcohol is allowed; ID required for all alcohol purchases; some vendors are cash only.
